Reviews and Ratings
The stay was overall pleasant with ample amenities provided by the resort. The room was comfortable but encountered a minor issue with a mouse, leading to an early checkout. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, despite concerns about privacy in the pool area.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and exceeded my expectations in size but lacked soundproofing, leading to noise disruptions early in the morning from the corridors and floor above. The service was friendly and quick to provide extra towels and blankets, although there were challenges in requesting room changes due to booking through a third party. The location was ideal, on US 1 with easy access to downtown and various attractions, but it seemed to have limited dining options available on-site.
The hotel is conveniently located near Perkins Cove and Ogunquit Playhouse, surrounded by lush greenery. The rooms, while cozy, lacked spacious bathrooms. The staff was quick to address any concerns and provided excellent service, including a lovely welcome drink. The dining options were delicious with a good variety, and the facilities were well-maintained.
The hotel offers a peaceful retreat nestled in a beautiful fall landscaped garden, but the rooms could benefit from some updating. The service was impressive, although there was a lack of visibility in addressing issues. The location is ideal for nature walks and accessing the town easily. The dining experience was decent but served with disposable tableware. Overall, a serene environment with accommodating service.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, close to Perkins Cove and lots of great restaurants, yet private enough to feel peaceful. The rooms were cozy and had a lovely fireplace, although we did have a small visitor once. The services are outstanding, especially having access to the pool, hot tub, and Roman spa all year round. The dining experience was a mix of highs and lows during the off-season, but overall, it was pleasant. I enjoyed my time here and definitely recommend it!
The hotel is situated in a convenient location close to various restaurants and shops. The rooms were well-maintained but felt cramped with outdated furniture. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The dining experience offered a good selection but lacked certain essentials on occasion. The hotel facilities were satisfactory with room for improvement.
